Dave Whittington and Tammy Dewar of Calliope are certified to provide the OCI Human Synergistics Corporate Culture measurement tools. The OCI provides a survey of the behaviours that employees and stakeholders believe are expected or implicity required in an organization. It is most commonly used to validate need and capacity for organizational change and to inform such processes.

Calliope Learning is also certified to provide Barrett's Seven Level Value Model. This model supports leaders in building values-driven organizational cultures. Its tools have been used by organizations throughout the world to shift cultural values and engage employees in change management.
